Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in San Fernando De Henares. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating health and safety initiatives across all areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate health and safety activities with employees, clients, and suppliers to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Implement international safety projects related to environment, risk prevention, and carbon reduction.
  • Develop and implement measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Train technicians and staff on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective waste management and document control.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in health and safety with an environmental background.
  • Advanced Technician in Health and Safety in the Workplace qualification.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Office 365 automation skills.
  • Driver's license.
