**Job Summary**

Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management software, is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to champion our products and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that generate interest, accelerate pipeline, and drive product success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with our product roadmap and business objectives.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that prospects and customers immediately see the value of our products and can easily achieve their use cases and goals.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights that inform product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Build relationships and work directly with customers to foster advocacy, customer content, and inform product roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, such as training videos, cheat sheets, pitch decks, and one-pagers, to ensure sales team success.

**Requirements:**

  • 5-10 years of experience in the ITSM field as an IT consultant or as a product manager/product marketing manager for a software vendor.
  • Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative technology products.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies in a fast-moving environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with internal and external team members.
