Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, developing recruitment strategies, and implementing sourcing plans to attract top talent for our Tech, Product, Data, and Digital Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and develop job scorecards to define recruitment strategies
  • Implement sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for Mid, Senior, and Top Senior positions
  • Establish and maintain business partner relationships with hiring managers and candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Coordinate and negotiate attendance at recruitment events and campaigns
  • Monitor and report on recruitment activities, ensuring budget allocation is respected

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Dynamic and organized, with excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with a business-oriented approach
  • Fluent in French and English, with Spanish and Italian a plus
