Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining recruitment strategies, and implementing sourcing strategies to find top talent for our Tech, Product, Data, and Digital Marketing departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and define recruitment strategies to find top talent for Mid, Senior, and Top Senior positions.
  • Implement sourcing strategies based on the understanding of the challenges of your perimeter and maintain a pool of candidates to anticipate future needs.
  • Establish and maintain Business Partner relationships with hiring managers and candidates to offer an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Coordinate, negotiate, and optimize attendance and/or collaboration at specific events and/or campaigns for all scopes of recruitment.
  • Monitor and report on activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring that the allocated budget is respected.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Dynamic and organized, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Listening skills, good interpersonal skills, and business-oriented.
  • Fluent in French and English, with Spanish and Italian being a plus.
