- Implement security measures to protect WAN infrastructure from unauthorized access and threats.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and cloud service issues promptly, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor and report on the performance and availability of network and cloud services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing enhancements to network and cloud services, optimizing for performance and cost.
- Participate in network and cloud-related projects, contributing to planning, execution, and evaluation phases.
- Proven track record in WAN and Azure cloud services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- ITIL certification required; Cisco CCNA/CCNP and Azure certifications preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Understanding of how service providers operate and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and drive solutions.
- High level of personal integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
