Customer Service Representative for Global Travel Assistance

We are committed to providing exceptional support to travelers in need of assistance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring their comfort and safety while abroad.
As an Customer Service Agent with Viking Assistance Group, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from customers who require assistance. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to empathize with their situation and provide guidance on the necessary steps to take. In some cases, this may involve coordinating with local partners and insurance companies to resolve the issue at hand.
We believe that every traveler deserves a seamless experience, and we are looking for someone who shares this vision. To excel in this role, you will have a strong background in customer service, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, as well as fluency in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. A medical background, such as a nurse or similar, is considered an asset but not a requirement. What's more important is your ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically to find solutions to complex problems.
In exchange for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary range between $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
