International Sales Engineer for Heavy Machinery

At Recruit4Work Sl, we are seeking a highly skilled International Sales Engineer to join our team. With your expertise in selling equipment for earthmoving machines internationally, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships while acquiring new ones.

About the Role

We are looking for a sales professional who understands the complexities of the heavy machinery industry and has a passion for building strong relationships with customers. As an International Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our Product Manager Work Tools Service to provide proactive advice and support to our clients.

Your primary objective will be to continuously analyze the potential of existing customers and develop a sales strategy for work tools in export markets. This includes analyzing specific working conditions and application areas at customer sites, anticipating their needs, and following up on projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for growth within existing customer base
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for work tools in export markets
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on equipment selection and usage
  • Manage and expand customer portfolio
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience (e.g., in a technical field)
  • Strong affinity with earthmoving machinery and their attachments
  • Sales experience, preferably in the earthmoving sector
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written (C2)
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Customer-focused and proactive mindset
  • Dynamic, flexible, and sociable approach
