**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers across Europe receive their orders in accordance with our high-quality standards and lead times.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as an advocate for our customers, supporting the local market and EU-wide Operations Team in the management of last mile delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery quality and customer experience in the respective country.
  • Coordinate rollouts of new services and procedures with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs).
  • Monitor development of customer satisfaction and set priorities and strategies per market.
  • Set up long-term country strategies and annual roadmaps to achieve best-in-class customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, marketing, and customer care teams to drive continuous improvement projects.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Sound experience in logistics services.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-oriented and challenging logistics-based business.
  • Broad knowledge of methods for identifying customer requirements.
