Grid Delivery Manager EMEA, Infrastructure Energy Team

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Grid Delivery Manager to join our Infrastructure Energy Team in EMEA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering electrical connections from the electricity grid to our data centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate timelines and activity sequencing with construction, real estate, design & engineering, procurement and planning teams to deliver power connections to our data centers.
- Lead the engagement with electricity utilities on the delivery of their associated grid works, securing electricity grid outages, utility commissioning, energisation process and transfer of assets to utility ownership.
- Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, issues, budgetary spend etc. at senior management, director and VP level.
- Standardize processes and develop tools to support successful grid infrastructure delivery executions.
- Support financial budgeting.
About the Team
The Infrastructure Energy team is a dynamic team of 14 members, with a presence in Dublin, London, Madrid, Dubai, and Frankfurt. We are responsible for originating, contracting, and delivering reliable power connections to our data centers across EMEA.

Requirements
- Master's Degree (MBA/MS) in a relevant field.
- Experience designing HV/MV substations or other energy infrastructure.
- Experience working for electricity utilities and/or energy regulators.
- Ability to converse in French or Italian is advantageous.
- An understanding of how to successfully transact business in multiple cultural contexts as well as experience directly managing international teams is a plus.
