About the Role

As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant at Alight Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our outsourced clients in Spain and Portugal. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality configuration and consulting services for payroll management using SAP HCM ES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level application support and consultancy services to clients, including advice, guidance, and technical activities.
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP notes to ensure seamless application support.
  • Manage customer messages to SAP, requesting help, support, and corrections as needed.
  • Perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on technical implementations to ensure error-free and maintainable solutions.
  • Operate system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications meet agreed specifications.
  • Provide detailed documentation on issues handled, including technical and functional aspects.
  • Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and regular progress reports are submitted to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a Technical field, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is essential.
  • Desirable skills include Spanish PY/PA/OM knowledge, verbal and written communication skills in English, and a strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability, and discretion to respect confidentiality.
