Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Alight Solutions. As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting payroll services to our outsourced clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver configuration and consulting payroll services (SAP HCM ES) to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of payroll systems.
- Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities to resolve complex payroll issues.
- Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications to ensure timely resolution of payroll-related issues.
- Manage reported incidents and perform functional analysis and guidance/coaching on the technical way to implement payroll solutions.
- Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing respecting Alight best practices.
- Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
- Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
- Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Regularly report on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance.
- Spanish PY/PA/OM knowledge desired.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
- Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
