Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at Alight Inc. in Spain and Portugal.

About the Role:

As an SAP HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting payroll services, providing application support and consultancy, and managing reported incidents and performing functional analysis and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver configuration and consulting payroll services (SAP HCM)
  • Provide application support and consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities
  • Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications, open and manage customer messages to SAP, and request help support and corrections
  • Manage reported incidents, perform functional analysis, and provide guidance and coaching on technical implementation
  • Generate easy-to-maintain error-free implementations and customizing, respecting Alight best practices
  • Operate required system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications
  • Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled
  • Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and regularly report on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing (AMO) Team Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent
  • Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance, French PY/PA/OM knowledge desired
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability
  • Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information
