Job Summary:
The Senior SAP HCM Consultant will be responsible for delivering configuration and consulting payroll services to our outsourced clients. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise in SAP HCM ES, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver configuration and consulting payroll services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
- Provide application support and consultancy through advice, guidance, and functional and technical activities.
- Identify, manage, and test SAP note applications, and open and manage customer messages to request help and support.
- Manage reported incidents, perform functional analysis, and provide guidance and coaching on technical implementation.
- Generate easy-to-maintain, error-free implementations and customizing, adhering to Alight best practices.
- Operate system tests using provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications meet agreed specifications.
- Provide documentation on issues handled, including technical and functional information.
- Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met and regularly reporting on status and progress to the Application Maintenance Outsourcing Team Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance, with Spanish PY/PA/OM knowledge desired.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
- Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
