The coordinator will also be responsible for consulting on contract usage, standardizing support practices, and managing cross-application incidents and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Support Team Management: Manage support teams across various regions, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery aligned with organizational goals.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with selected vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms, and manage vendor relationships to optimize support services.
- Application Onboarding and Support: Lead the onboarding of new applications from different domains and projects, and manage the ongoing support of existing applications to maintain high performance and reliability.
- SLA Fulfillment: Monitor and ensure that all support activities adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), implementing improvements where necessary to meet performance targets.
- Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional support teams to define support packages that meet specific regional needs.
- Support/Project Meetings: Conduct regular meetings related to support and project management to review progress, address issues, and plan future actions.
- Contract Consulting: Provide guidance on contract utilization and the development of standardized support processes within the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Management Reporting: Develop and present management reports on support activities, performance metrics, vendor compliance, and other key operational aspects.
- Incident/Problem Coordination: Coordinate cross-application incidents and problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses to minimize impact on business operations.
- Communication Standards: Define and implement communication standards to facilitate clear and efficient collaboration between support teams, vendors, and business leaders.
- Collaboration with Business Leads: Work closely with domain and business leaders to align support activities with business objectives and project requirements.
