Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Support Team Management: Manage support teams across various regions, ensuring efficient communication and service delivery aligned with organizational goals.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with selected vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms, and manage vendor relationships to optimize support services.
  • Application Onboarding and Support: Lead the onboarding of new applications from different domains and projects, and manage the ongoing support of existing applications to maintain high performance and reliability.
  • SLA Fulfillment: Monitor and ensure that all support activities adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs), implementing improvements where necessary to meet performance targets.
  • Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with regional support teams to define support packages that meet specific regional needs.
  • Support/Project Meetings: Conduct regular meetings related to support and project management to review progress, address issues, and plan future actions.
  • Contract Consulting: Provide guidance on contract utilization and the development of standardized support processes within the organization to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Management Reporting: Develop and present management reports on support activities, performance metrics, vendor compliance, and other key operational aspects.
  • Incident/Problem Coordination: Coordinate cross-application incidents and problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Communication Standards: Define and implement communication standards to facilitate clear and efficient collaboration between support teams, vendors, and business leaders.
  • Collaboration with Business Leads: Work closely with domain and business leaders to align support activities with business objectives and project requirements.
