We are seeking a Contract Admin Specialist to join our team at Bunge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the input of purchase and sale contracts and relevant amendments, as well as the allocation of futures pricing, rolling of futures pricing, and overfill/underfill pricing.
The Contract Admin Specialist will also be responsible for the issuance of contracts using Bunge standard terms and the review of third-party issued contracts. Additionally, they will monitor the status of activities and report upward to the Coordinator, ensuring the accuracy of Contract Admin metrics reported.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international commodity companies. Advanced written and verbal English skills are required, with German or French being desirable.
Knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts, and computer proficiency in SAP, analytical tools, and MS Office are also highly desirable.
