Customer Service Ambassador with Spanish and French Expertise

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our multicultural team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will work closely with Sales representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include processing formal quotes and orders, interfacing with sales and customers to provide accurate information, and resolving customer inquiries.
You will serve as a liaison between customers and internal organizations to resolve customer issues. Your broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, and compliance requirements will enable you to manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience.
We are looking for a customer-focused professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and French. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. Strong computer and systems skills, including data entry, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process formal quotes and orders with accuracy and responsiveness

- Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish, and French
- Strong computer and systems skills, including data entry
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Customer service focus and excellent problem-solving skills
