Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our License Compliance team at Autodesk, Inc. As a License Compliance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and revenue through our License Compliance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits, or consultancy to educate companies on non-compliant behaviors and explain the risks associated with non-compliance.
- Target C-Level executives to present our needs and risks concerning non-compliance, providing deadlines and difficult messaging.
- Work with the install base and non-customers to develop a yearly, quarterly plan to exceed sales quota and achieve or overachieve weekly and monthly sales targets to increase net new revenue.
- Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure they are tracking towards achievement of revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure a smooth transition for companies from non-compliance into compliance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at the executive level.
- Willingness to integrate into teams and work towards personal and team goals.
- Native in any West Slavic Language and Business English.
