Misión

Coordinar a los promotores en los centros de la región centro, propiciando una excelente experiencia de compra de los clientes y la consecución de los objetivos establecidos.

Funciones
  1. Coordinación de los promotores del proyecto
  2. Procesos de onboarding, formación, shadowing, gestión de horarios, comunicación continua y animación y seguimiento del equipo.
  3. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos para cada centro y región mediante el seguimiento y monitorización de KPIs.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de equipos.
  • Experiencia en ventas de servicios.
  • Disponibilidad de desplazamiento en la región.
  • Carnet de conducir.
