Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Theramex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and development opportunities for our Women's Health brand(s) to defined customers – hospitals, clinics, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and company objectives as defined by the national sales manager.
  • Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to ensure that the business objectives are achieved.
  • Deliver performance measures on a regular basis.
  • Build customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty to Theramex.
  • Ensure all promotional activity falls within the relevant code of practice.

Requirements:

  • Key Account Management experience (preferred).
  • Successful track record in selling branded products (ideally to hospital customers).
  • Knowledge of procurement within sector.
  • Demonstrable understanding of negotiating hospital contract purchasing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level preferred.
  • Qualified to relevant governing body standards to sell pharmaceutical products.
