We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transformational Education Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
Job Description:
This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires you to be based in Dubai. As a Transformational Education Consultant, you will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, conducting consultations and customizing programs for prospective clients, establishing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, and continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieving revenue targets by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales.
- Conducting consultations and customizing programs for prospective clients to meet their educational needs.
- Establishing and developing positive business and customer relationships to drive growth and retention.
- Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
- Pitching and ideating new ways to connect with families and students to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities.
- Forging partnerships with associated businesses, non-profits, organizations, and more to expand our reach and offerings.
- Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop and enhance lead generation methods.
- Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos, and Crimson seminars.
- Researching potential organizations and markets for lead generation and partnerships.
- Attending industry events where relevant and providing feedback and information on market trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, and Arabic (desirable but not required).
- Excellent previous sales track record.
- Strong storytelling skills and experience in public speaking.
- Experience with higher education or a deep understanding of the college application process.
- An interest in working with families and students to connect them to the best program.
- An interest in changing the world through education.
- Comfort with video chat and speaking over the phone.
- Understanding of how to use Salesforce (desirable).
- Understanding of the US/UK Undergrad application process (desirable).
