About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Account Management Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our platform
  • Maintain accurate client records and stay up-to-date on client needs and concerns
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to drive long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify client needs and develop new features and business opportunities
Requirements
  • Proficiency in German as a primary language and fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong initiative-taking and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking
