We are looking for a talented and driven Store Supervisor to join our team at The North Face in Madrid. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer service and visual merchandising standards are consistently met.

About The Role

This is an entry-level management position that offers a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience. You will work closely with the management team to drive sales and profitability, and you will be responsible for coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team to drive sales and profitability
  • Coach and motivate sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service
  • Maintain all retail operation standards in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
  • Ensure operational policies and procedures are respected
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for interacting with people and setting a great example for the team
  • The ability to create a supportive and fun environment that delivers exceptional customer service
  • Experience in opening and closing stores, taking responsibility, and being in charge when necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and different POS systems
