Key Responsibilities- Product Database Management:
- Ensure that new product models are accurately added and visible in our customer database, including product references, descriptions, unique selling points, product data, pricing, and customer-specific information.
- Maintain up-to-date product information in the customer database, including any necessary data updates.
- Communicate closely with customers to inform them of any related updates and send agreed-upon product photos for brochures.
- Pricing and Registration:
- Register for follow-up on stock composition (formatting defined in collaboration with the Sales Support Office).
- Sell-Out Team Agenda:
- Consolidate pricing and new product information for it to be visible in customers' overviews for the following 4 weeks (by week).
- Combine promotional plans for the following 4 weeks.
- Prepare the street price estimation Excel sheet for Sell-out team store visits.
- Use the standard communication form assigned to each account.
- Business, Marketing, or Finance student or graduate.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Precise in working with numbers and Excel.
- Analytical skills and commercial awareness.
- Self-determining, enterprising, and determined to achieve goals.
- Clear and effective communication skills, tailored to the audience.
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations and audiences.
- System knowledge: SAP, BW, Excel, and PowerPoint.
