Eviosys is seeking a Quality Coordinator to join our team in Osuna, Spain. As a Quality Coordinator, you will report directly to the Quality Manager and be a key member of our quality team.

Your Mission at Eviosys

The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for leading and developing all aspects of site quality, including:

  • Ensuring the implementation, control, and improvement of quality policies.
  • Ensuring the quality of products in a section with limited welding analysis technology.
  • Promoting a safety, health, food hygiene, and environment culture.
  • Leading and developing the Quality Control team to improve organizational efficiency in terms of quality.
  • Guaranteeing the comprehension and application of quality procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing management with information on the performance of the quality system.
  • Analyzing quality incidents, investigating root causes, and developing solutions.

About You

This position requires a strong work ethic and a safety mentality. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years of experience as a Quality Coordinator/Technician, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
  • A university degree and master's degree in engineering, biology, environmental engineering, or a similar field.
  • Ability to achieve change and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of auditing and/or managing audit processes.
  • Pragmatic skills in process capability analysis (Statistical Process Controls).
  • Excellent communication and influencing organizational skills.
  • Management by objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Management and safety-first attitude.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with any other language being an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
