Global Sales Accelerator

As a key member of the Revolut Business team, you will play a vital role in driving new customer acquisition and engagement globally. Your industry knowledge and product expertise will enable you to match customers with the best solutions, driving adoption of new features.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyse assigned accounts to identify opportunities for deepening customer relationships via a solution-based sales approach.
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS by completing discovery check-ins and follow-ups.
- Understand the competitive landscape of each Revolut Business feature to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with the team's KPIs.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who possesses:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone and email.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales/commercial experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proven track record in telesales or account management, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- An analytical mindset to spot opportunities that others may miss.
- Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships.
- A deep understanding of Revolut Business products to become the go-to resource for your team.
- Advanced experience in pricing strategies and negotiation, beyond basic sales techniques, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
