Buscamos un Operador Front Office Service Desk para unir nuestro equipo en Barcelona. En esta posición, serás responsable de la atención al cliente y la resolución de problemas técnicos en un entorno de trabajo dinámico y en constante evolución.
Responsabilidades:
- Atención al cliente y resolución de problemas técnicos.
- Monitoreo y ejecución de tareas periódicas.
- Seguimiento de procedimientos y políticas de la empresa.
- Colaboración con el equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en operación de sistemas y conocimientos de Linux/Unix.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión de incidencias (ticketing) y networking.
- Habilidades blandas: motivado, acostumbrado a trabajar en equipo, trato amable y educado.
