About the Role

As our Business Strategy Lead for Global Expansion, you'll develop a comprehensive strategy for our marketplace, collaborate with business leaders to identify gaps and areas of improvement, establish KPIs, and implement initiatives to optimize performance. You'll also evaluate current strategies and identify areas to drive growth and improve key business metrics.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across multiple countries and time zones, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and demonstrate strong accountability and ownership to meet business goals and objectives.

About You

You have a STEM bachelor's degree +5 years of experience in a process optimization and/or analytics role, and +1 year of people management experience (as manager, PM, etc). You're an advanced English speaker (C1 required, C2 preferred), with strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decisions.

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
