Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Operations Management Consultant to join our team in Western Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will work with industry-leading clients to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify client safety and productivity challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Work directly with clients to identify pain points and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioural based safety; PSM; or operational excellence.
- Develop and implement work plans to mobilize the team and deliver high-quality results.
- Build and develop the capabilities of your team to deliver better value to clients.
- Manage project delivery and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Hold a degree/master's degree in engineering or a business-related field.
- Experience in management consulting with a focus on operational risk management, operational excellence, safety, and/or culture change.
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.
- Experience in managing complex projects from end to end for small or large engagements.
- Deep understanding of subject matters around safety or operational excellence and ability to leverage it externally.
- Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in English along with Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, or Spanish is essential, with proficiency in a third European language being highly desirable.
