Operations Management Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Management Consultant to join our team in Western Europe. As a key member of our operations consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify and address operational challenges, drive business continuity, and improve asset productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of experienced consultants to analyze client safety and productivity challenges, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Work directly with clients to understand their pain points, develop and implement tailored solutions, and lead the delivery of transformational projects.
- Develop and execute work plans, mobilize teams, and cultivate client relationships to drive business results.
- Collaborate with team members to build capabilities, deliver value to clients, and manage project delivery.
- Proven experience in management consulting, operational risk management, operational excellence, and/or safety and culture change.
- Ability to manage diverse and remote teams, guide them to achieve business objectives, and manage complex projects.
- Deep understanding of subject matters around safety and operational excellence, with the ability to leverage this expertise externally.
- Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and fluency in English, with proficiency in a third European language highly desirable.
