Your Role

As a Manager Actuarial Consultant, you will work alongside our industry leaders and other experienced consultants to deliver high-quality projects to our clients. You will gain industry exposure and contribute to a broad range of client projects, including:

  • Actuarial modeling and risk assessment
  • Regulatory compliance and accounting
  • Internal model development and validation
  • Capital optimization and risk management
  • Actuarial reporting and reviews
  • Insurance mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5/6 years of relevant experience in actuarial consulting
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or a related field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of the value of collaboration and ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Deep critical-thinking skills and problem-solving ability
  • Highly motivated individual with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong skills with MS Excel
  • Language skills: Spanish (native/fluent) and English (native/fluent) is a strong asset
