Key Responsibilities

- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: around 2 years of experience in IT service management or a related field, with familiarity in ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to build strong client relationships.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
