About the Role

The Senior Product Management Associate will contribute to the development, go-to-market, commercialization, and continuous improvement of products within their remit. They will work under the guidance of the product manager, helping to bring new products to market, support existing products through training, and project manage new features/initiatives to meet customer needs.

Your Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and design go-to-market plans, presentation of plans to stakeholders, and implementation of plans in collaboration with the sales, marketing, and support teams.
  2. Develop sales enablement tools and internal training materials.
  3. Be a line of escalation support for the internal sales teams.
  4. Drive product literacy by conducting training for global sales teams and present at external meetings related to the Portfolio Strategy products.
  5. Partner with the product manager in the Portfolio Strategy team to bring new products to market, leading on specific initiatives and projects as identified.
  6. Drive analysis and requirements for products to support specific customer and learner needs.
  7. Lead market, competitive, and product research and customer feedback programs.
  8. Collate customer insight to make it actionable to support decision making.
  9. Be a product champion and provide insight to inform strategy and product development for the Product Strategy team.
  10. Coordinate communication and translation of enhancements, issues, and fixes between development teams, product, sales, and marketing.
  11. Partner with operations and support to develop requirements for customer implementation and support.
  12. Manage customer escalation and complex issues that the Ops/support teams are not able to address.
  13. Provide project governance and oversight as needed.
  14. Lead cross-functional project team meetings and provide written updates.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced product management professional with a strong background in product development, go-to-market strategies, and customer insights. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent, experience in product management or educational technology, and a proven track record of driving product adoption and customer engagement.

Requirements
  • Experience in product management or educational technology.
  • Experience in collaborating with in-house staff, freelance writers, and editors.
  • End-to-end digital project management experience.
  • Success driving product adoption utilizing B2B and B2C strategies.
  • Experience in education, learning, or assessment field preferred.
  • Experience in agile product management methodologies, preferred.
