Senior Associate, Category Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Category and Trade Solutions team at Sc Johnson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring the execution of category management programs, working closely with our field sales team to drive business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Cat-Man programs and implementation, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company priorities.
- Act as a Customer Advisory, providing expert guidance and support to our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic category analysis, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Ensure in-store excellence, from assortment and position on shelf to promotion, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Team in developing and executing business plans, leveraging market data and insights to drive growth.
- Manage planograms and merchandising activities, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.
You will be responsible for controlling, executing, and following up with the Finance team on assigned budgets, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Essential Experience and Competencies- Degree-level education or equivalent, with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in Category Management/Trade Marketing and/or Field Sales, with a strong track record of driving business growth and excellence.
- Working experience in a major FMCG company, with a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
