We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team at Hitachi Energy's Operational Center in Madrid. As a key member of our global HR Business Partner team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop the OPC organization, ensuring a cohesive and engaged workforce.
  • Drive the implementation of HR processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with operational and strategic stakeholders to ensure a strong labor and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with HR and labor law regulations.
  • Support management in key people management activities, including performance management, employee relations, talent management, learning and development, and hiring and recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, preferably in the power and energy industry or an international company with a complex matrix organization.
  • Experience leading projects and implementing new procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, labor relations, and legal regulations in Spain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Leadership experience and a real team player.
