The successful candidate will be responsible for managing priorities, identifying and responding to emergencies, and collaborating in the elaboration of projects that have an impact on the teams. Additionally, they will be responsible for data analysis, elaboration, and monitoring of staff cost budgets to correct deviations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage priorities and identify and respond to emergencies
* Collaborate in the elaboration of projects that have an impact on the teams
* Analyze, elaborate, and monitor staff cost budgets to correct deviations

Requirements

* Minimum experience in a generalist HR role of 3-4 years
* University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar
* Master Degree is desirable
* English level C1
* Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
