Job Title: HR Business Partner

At Glaxosmithkline, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the business units in meeting their objectives and driving cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support business units in meeting their objectives and business initiatives.
  • Partner with the recruiting team and key stakeholders to provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure return on investment of programs and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Assist with developing publicity, communications, and events to promote I&D programs across GSK.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
  • Relevant experience in a Human Resources role, with demonstrated knowledge and experience in all areas of HR.
  • Experience leading cultural change initiatives and communicating to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders and influence in a complex, matrix organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High learning agility necessary for problem-solving of cultural challenges.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits.
