Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner Iberia

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner Iberia to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the business strategy by developing and delivering the people strategy in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop the cluster business strategy and corresponding HRM strategies.
  • Drive and facilitate the Success Management and Talent Review.
  • Champion the Elanco recruitment process and leverage centralized recruitment services and expertise.
  • Facilitate the annual salary review process and ensure reward differentiation of individuals.
  • Contribute to the Annual Business Planning and Budget process through managing the headcount and people costs.
  • Ensure compliance and communication of Elanco Code of Conduct and other local HR policies to all employees.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Human Resource experience in either HR Generalist or Specialist roles.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, Recruiting, C&B; and/or Organization Development philosophy and practice.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and Portuguese is preferable.
