Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Glaxosmithkline. As a key member of our HR department, you will collaborate with stakeholders to support business units in meeting their objectives and initiatives. Your expertise in business partnering and cultural change will be invaluable in shaping our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to support business units in meeting their objectives and initiatives.
Partner with the recruiting team and key stakeholders to provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Ensure appropriate metrics to measure return on investment of programs and recommend areas for improvement.
Assist with developing publicity, communications, and events to promote I&D programs across the company.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and develop strategic partnerships to enhance the pipeline of talent to early talent programs.

Requirements:

We are looking for professionals with the following skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study.
Relevant experience in a Human Resources role. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all areas of HR.
Experience leading cultural change initiatives.
Experience communicating to diverse audiences.
Experience leading indirectly and working on project teams.
Ability to build robust relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to influence in a complex, matrix organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

High learning agility necessary for problem-solving of cultural challenges.
Effective presentation and communication skills.
Previous experience in Compensation & Benefits.
