About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative - Technical to join our team at Invensity. As a Sales Development Representative - Technical, you will be responsible for generating new leads and opportunities for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers.
  2. Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
  4. Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead interactions and update prospect information.
  5. Communicate effectively with prospects to articulate Invensity's value proposition and services offerings.
  6. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  1. A university degree in a relevant field, such as business or industrial engineering.
  2. Experience in a sales role, preferably in a tech business with a strong technical background.
  3. Strong knowledge of the Spanish market, particularly in Catalonia and the rest of Spain.
  4. Enthusiasm for new technologies and a willingness to learn and explore new topics.
  5. Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages, with German language proficiency being a plus.
  6. Excellent communication and management skills, with a strong ability to network and understand customer value chain concepts.
  7. A willingness to travel as required for projects and align with organizational values.
