About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Development Representative to join our team at INVENSITY GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, qualifying inbound leads, and collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify key prospects and understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Qualify inbound leads and follow up promptly to assess their needs and determine their potential fit for our services.
  • Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify key prospects and understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead interactions, update prospect information, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to articulate our value proposition, services offerings, and solutions tailored to address their specific needs.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads to further advance the sales process.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and suggest improvements to optimize results.
Requirements
  • A university degree in business with a technical background or industrial engineering with sales experience.
  • Experience in a sales role, ideally in an outbound sales environment in a tech business with hands-on skills in technology and familiarity with IT and software solutions.
  • Spanish market knowledge, with a focus on the Catalonia and rest of Spain regions.
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, openness to learning, and willingness to explore new topics.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages, with German language proficiency being a plus.
  • Excellent management and communication skills, with a strong ability to network and understand customer value chain concepts.
  • Willingness to travel as required for projects, align with our organizational values, and exhibit strong technical selling skills.
