Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning:
Serve as a financial business partner, overseeing forecasting and budgeting processes for our Food and Beverage divisions.Financial Reporting:
Establish relevant financial KPIs to monitor business performance. Ensure alignment of KPIs and financial outcomes with budget, forecasts, and historical data. Coordinate and refine managerial accounting policies and identify areas for improvement within the Food and Beverage divisions.Financial Control:
Analyze monthly financial reports to gain insights into revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow. Monitor cost control against budget for both operational and capital expenditures. Identify potential risks and accounting discrepancies, providing feedback to enhance internal controls. Synthesize financial and operational data to anticipate economic risks and uncover new opportunities.Business Support:
Act as a Business Partner for the Food and Beverage teams, identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. Ensure quality assurance of documentation for investment projects within the Food and Beverage divisions. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide reliable data for informed business decisions. Manage ad hoc reporting, business modeling, and financial oversight as required.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CMA, CIA, CIMA, or CPA are advantageous. 4-5 years of experience as an operations or business controller with substantial exposure to business operations and cost management. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma Certification or similar) is beneficial. Experience in international and matrix organizational environments. Proficiency in English. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with enterprise business intelligence (BI) platforms. Strong analytical and report writing skills.· A collaborative and considerate team player.
