Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning:
Serve as a financial business partner and advisor, overseeing the forecasting and budgeting processes for our Food and Beverage divisions.Financial Reporting:
Establish relevant financial KPIs to monitor business performance. Ensure alignment of KPIs and financial outcomes with budget, forecasts, and historical data. Manage and enhance managerial accounting policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement within the Food and Beverage divisions.Financial Control:
Review monthly financial reports to ensure clarity and comprehension of financial metrics and KPIs, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow. Monitor cost control against budget for both operational and capital expenditures. Identify potential risks and accounting discrepancies within the Food and Beverage divisions, providing insights to the Internal Control coordinator. Analyze financial data to anticipate economic risks and uncover new opportunities.Business Support:
Act as a Business Partner for the Food and Beverage commercial and operational teams, pinpointing process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. Ensure quality assurance for documentation related to investment projects within the Food and Beverage divisions. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to provide reliable data for informed business decisions. Manage ad hoc reporting, business modeling, and financial oversight for the Food and Beverage divisions as required.Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CMA, CIA, CIMA, or CPA are advantageous. 4-5 years of experience as an operations or business controller, with substantial exposure to business processes and cost management. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma Certification) is beneficial. Experience in international and matrix organizational structures. Proficiency in English. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with enterprise business intelligence (BI) platforms. Strong analytical and report writing skills.· A collaborative and considerate team player.
