En la actualidad buscamos cubrir la posición de Operations Specialist cuya misión será responsabilizarse de la parte operacional y financiera del departamento Distributed Solar, Storage and Green Mobility, a través de una visión transversal, gracias a las interacciones constantes con diferentes departamentos y participando de una manera directa en el avance y control del P&L del departamento.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Seguimiento del control presupuestario anual y mensual
- Recopilar y analizar datos operativos y financieros para evaluar el rendimiento
- Preparación de informes y presentaciones ejecutivas con los resultados de los análisis
- Seguimiento analítico de proyectos. Análisis desviaciones y ajustes datos para reportes y publicaciones.
- Control de gestión contable-financiero, incluyendo contabilidad analítica, control de costes o análisis de desviaciones
- Gestiones administrativas como alta de contratos, solicitud de facturaciones según contrato, solicitud de pedidos, facturas interco, entre otros
- Coordinación y respuesta a peticiones de reportes, acciones y otros al departamento
- Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos operativos y proponer soluciones.
- Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos operativos eficientes.
- Direct report to the Head of Distributed Solar, Storage and Green Mobility_
- Location: Hybrid in Lleida, Madrid or Barcelona_

**ACADEMIC BACKGROUND**

Estudios universitarios en Economía, Finanzas, Administración de empresas o experiência equivalente

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**

Se valorará experiência previa en controlling, operaciones, análisis de proyectos o consultoría

Se valorará experiência o interés en el sector de las energías renovables

**LANGUAGES**

Español e inglés
