Job Title: Subgobernanta - Hotel AC Baqueira Ski Resort - Lleida Company: Autograph Collection Hotels Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subgobernanta to join our team at Hotel AC Baqueira Ski Resort in Lleida. As a Subgobernanta, you will be responsible for managing the floor department in the absence of the gobernanta, supporting the planning and direction of cleaning and preparation of rooms and public areas, and ensuring the good state of the hotel. Responsibilities: * Manage the floor department in the absence of the gobernanta * Support the planning and direction of cleaning and preparation of rooms and public areas * Ensure the good state of the hotel * Support the management of maintenance to ensure the hotel is in good condition * Complete incident reports, damage reports, and notify maintenance staff * Support the ordering of materials and replacement of linens and uniforms * Collaborate with the team to ensure the hotel is running smoothly * Ensure the quality and state of the hotel's linens, utensils, and furniture * Attend to customer complaints * Collaborate with the team to create and manage the department's budget Requirements: * Studies in Hospitality/Tourism * At least 3 years of experience managing teams * High level of English * Knowledge and experience in hotel management systems * Fluency in English and Spanish * High level of computer skills * Leadership * Customer orientation * Organization and planning * Attention to detail What We Offer: * A unique work experience in a hotel with a strong sense of community * Opportunities for training and development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * A chance to work in a luxurious environment How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application with your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
