Reception Manager

La Crisalida Retreats is a health and wellbeing retreat located in the quiet seaside town of Albir, near Alicante. We offer guests from all over the world a superb all-inclusive retreat experience in our welcoming centre.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception & Reservations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the retreat reception and reservations departments.

• Manage the reception and reservations teams to ensure excellent guest experience from enquiry to departure.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze reservations team performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team and third-party booking agencies to optimize bookings and revenue.
• Support the senior management team in the development of the retreat's overall strategy and goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in a hotel or retreat.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
