Tender Manager

The Pre-Fabricated Data Center Systems Tender Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our business. They are responsible for leading the bidding process, preparing proposals and offers, and coordinating a cross-functional team to deliver modular data center solutions to customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex RFQs, develop tender strategies, and prepare technical and financial data for proposals.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to structure proposals and contracts.
• Enhance and consolidate quotes to meet target prices while minimizing rejection and margin slippage.
• Support the Operations Team to ensure that the scope of supply offered at tender stage is within their ability to deliver.
• Identify, remove, and mitigate risks, and allow sufficient risk provisions for risks that cannot be removed or mitigated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline, Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Five years of experience in Infrastructure Projects within Sales and Tendering teams in Multinational companies and global teams.
• Three years of technical experience in Data Center Solutions, including Secure Power Systems, Cooling Systems, Electrical and Mechanical installations, Logistics, and Civil Works.
• Strong leadership skills, including team leading, employee mentoring, and development.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team-oriented, and results-driven.
