We're seeking a skilled Customer Care Expert to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our global customers.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to grow with our company, Xe. We offer a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including our Currency Converter, Market Analysis, Currency Data API, and quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from our global customer base, addressing their inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make outbound calls to customers, either following up on queries or obtaining information needed to complete their transfer.
  • Communicate with customers via digital channels, developing rapport and providing trusted answers that position Xe as the customer's go-to money transfer provider.
  • Identify customers with a propensity to require high-value money transfer services and drive awareness and adoption of self-service for support amongst Xe's consumers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of Xe's services, products, and processes, allowing you to optimize first call resolution and customer outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting individual targets and KPIs.
