We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Cascada Marbella, a rapidly expanding culinary venture in the Restaurants industry. Our mission is to elevate, grow, and reach exceptional heights in all that we do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant, maintaining its reputation and meeting owners' expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, shift patterns, and day-to-day management to drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supplier Management: Liaise with providers to secure the best possible agreements on quality, quantity, and cost.
  • Employee Development: Supervise staff members, provide feedback, and ensure they adhere to company standards.

Internal Operations:

  • Shift Coordination: Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
  • Staff Management: Organize shifts, manage staff, and provide feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Menu Development: Participate in decisions regarding menu choices, working with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
