Job Title: Dutch Customer Service In Madrid

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch customer service representative to join our team in Madrid. As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers in Dutch and English via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, order management, technical troubleshooting, and other customer service requests.
  • Help customers navigate products and services, including processing changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency.
  • Must currently reside in Madrid and be available for on-site work during the initial six weeks.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently after the training period and deliver remote support effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable using technology and quickly learning new systems.
