Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and efficient shipment coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, email, and internal IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Plan and execute shipment orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare and submit written quotes to customers.
  • Provide customer-specific reporting and tracking.
  • Collaborate with other World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents, and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulations (ADR/DGR/IATA) and local laws and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Experience in Customer Service in a business-to-business industry, with a preference for logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Graduate in fields such as International Trade, Logistics, or similar.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working with pharmaceutical shipments is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
